Description

With all the "gory" Double and Painwheel drawings, I really needed to make a cute drawing, to balance it all. But when I was looking for Painwheel images for reference, I saw some maskless Painwheel drawings... AND SHE WAS SO CUTE!
So I decided to make a cute Painwheel as well... At least she's happy now =/
